Fantasy Five Game Details
Fantasy 5 features a starting jackpot of $125,000 that grows until it's won. Draws are held daily at 11:34 pm ET. Add Cash Match and you could win up to $500 instantly!
How to Play
Each play costs $1 and you can play up to 10 times per playslip. Each play area has a letter from A-J. Fill in five numbers from 1 through 42 for each play, or select QP to have Quik Pik generate your numbers.
Cash Match features instant prizes of up to $500, and you can win up to five times per ticket. Check the Cash Match box to add it for an extra $1 per play. If any of your numbers match the Cash Match numbers, you win the prize shown for that number.
Check the Multi-Draw box to automatically play your lucky numbers for 2 to 14 consecutive draws at $1 per play per draw.

Match 2, 3, 4, or 5 of the winning numbers to win the prize shown for that number. If the top prize isn't won, it rolls over - the cash is added to the top prize for the next draw.

Prizes of $600 or below may be claimed at any official retailer, Lottery office, or by mail. Fill out the back of your ticket, including printing and signing your name.
Prizes of $600 and above must be claimed at any Lottery office or by mail. Fill out the back of your ticket, complete a Winner Claim Form, and present two forms of valid ID.
All draw game winners have 180 days from the draw date shown on the ticket to claim.
