Georgia Lottery Corona Update
You can claim prizes in-person from the Georgia Lottery headquarters and district offices if you make an appointment. All claim centers had previously been closed until May 18, 2020 to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
The Georgia Lottery is only processing claims for $601 or more at these locations at the current time. Amounts of $600 and under can be claimed from retailers throughout the state.
You can schedule an appointment online and should fill out a claim form in advance. You will only be allowed to claim five winning tickets at your appointment, and will need to adhere to social distancing rules. You must also wear a mask when you enter the claim center. See the locations of the Georgia Lottery District Offices.
